Archive of sound, video, music, dance, performance, film and literature. It also showcases upcoming art events, as well as providing digital materials for contemporary artists.

The Kitchen started in the early 1970's as an artist collective. It collected over 500 audio tapes and 3,600 videotapes, which are now being digitized, catalogued and preserved. Their long term goal is to provide a working archive for experimental art.

No transcriptions. There are no recordings on their website yet that are strictly audio, though they do explain that they have hundreds of hours of audio that has been digitized.
